Floor, phone, rival. Go.
No equipment, no setup. A match takes about as long as it takes to read this page.
Set your phone down
Lean it against something low on the floor, facing you. The camera finds your head, shoulders and hands.
Push for 60 seconds
Your rival's count climbs beside yours while you go. Only full reps score. Half reps don't.
Take the points
Win and you climb the ladder. Lose and you see exactly how many reps it would have taken.
A referee that never blinks.
The count comes from your body, not from a button. Pose detection runs on your phone and scores a rep only when you go down and come back up with your hands planted.
- Half reps don't count, and neither does getting up.
- The number you watch climb is the number that's scored. No recount at the end.
- In a live match the only thing sent to your rival is your rep count. Never video.

Iron to Master. Every rank earned.
Seven tiers, five divisions each. Wins add points, losses take them, and once a tier is yours you can't drop below it. Count the feathers to read a rank at a glance.
Your friends are your rivals.
Add friends by username, see who is online right now, and challenge them to a live duel. The head-to-head record keeps score between you.
- Challenge a friend and race them live, rep for rep.
- Every friend's page shows your record against them.
- Share your rank or a win as a card made for stories.

Built to bring you back tomorrow.
Day streaks
With rest days built in, so a day off doesn't cost you the streak.
Titles to wear
From First Blood to Giant Slayer, shown beside your name.
Practice
No rank and no opponent. Just you, the camera and your count.
Every match kept
Your record, your best set and every duel you've fought.
See it before you play it.

Good to know.
Do I need any equipment?
Just your phone and some floor. Lean the phone against something low, facing you, so the camera can see your head, shoulders and hands.
Does any video leave my phone?
No. Reps are counted on your phone, and the camera picture is never sent anywhere. In a live match the only thing your phone sends the other player is your rep count.
What if nobody is online?
If nobody is found live within 15 seconds, you race a set another lifter recorded earlier, rep for rep. There is always someone to beat.
How much does it cost?
OUTREPD needs a subscription, weekly or yearly, billed by the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel any time in your store account.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android.
